You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilif.com account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

Login Credentials

jilif.com reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the jilif.com platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jilif.com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilif.com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jilif.com without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilif.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilif.com platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity issues.

jilif.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilif.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
